Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order. There's no minimum and no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing time Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time Delivery takes 5-11 business days after your order ships. These are estimates, and delivery can take longer during holidays or bad weather.

Tracking You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show its first update.

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Multiple items If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Holiday orders Buying a gift for Christmas? Order by December 8 to allow time for delivery.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before your order ships. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.

Lost or late packages If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at 4dawoodly15@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
